Refund / Cancellation Policy

Item(s) were damaged in shipping

We’ll Replace the item(s)

Email your order details, and we will ship a replacement item to you.

OR we’ll give you a full refund

Email your order details, and we will refund your order in full back onto the credit card the item was purchased with via Paypal. Please allow 72 business hours for the credit card company to process the credit back onto your card. If you paid by check or money order, please allow 1 business day for your refund check to be processed and placed in the mail. Refunds payments will only be made via the original payment method.

Incorrect items sent to you

Missing order

If it has been more than 7 business days since your order shipped, please email us your order number and we will contact our courier company.

We will ship you a replacement item if your package is not immediately located.

We will refund your order in full if your item was unique or we do not have a replacement item in stock. Please allow 1 business for your refund check to be processed and placed in the mail.

Changed your mind and no longer want the order?

Ship the item back to us within 14 days (at your expense)

When we receive the item(s):

We will refund the purchase price of all items returned via the original payment method of the order.

We will refund the purchase price of the item less any return shipping fees. Then, we will inform you via email that we received your items and the status of your refund.
