The focus of this unit is on the development of Healthy, Confident Individuals . . .
who have a strong, positive view of self, understand how, through their efforts, they achieve success in all areas of their lives, are able to discover what they need to know and apply this knowledge appropriately, and who have the skill and disposition to manage themselves, to be self-regulators.

Healthy, confident individuals engage a blend of learning behaviours:

- have a range of strategies for overcoming difficulties
