This online resource pack introduces school leaders and staff to the why, what, and how of developing a learning powered culture. It is designed to take the place of introductory face to face training for schools that have decided to adopt a Learning Power approach and play a bigger educational game. It offers the big picture frameworks and principles of Building Learning Power, preparing leaders, teachers and support staff to understand the basics of the approach and build on this through the follow-on Stepping Stones online learning programmes.
